Abstract. Buying and selling in Islamic laws has harmony and the conditions that must be fulfilled so that the sale and purchase can be said to be valid according to the shara 'that is, among other things, the quality and quantity must be known. The practice of buying broccoli with a wholesale system in Cihideung Village, West Bandung regency, is only viewed by sample and not weighed but estimated by an expert person. The purpose of this research are to know about the rules of buying and selling in Islamic law, the practice of buying and selling broccoli in Cihideung Village, West Bandung Regency, and the analysis of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling broccoli in Cihideung Village, West Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The techniques of collecting data are interviews with traders and buyers, documentation, library studies and primary and secondary data sources. Based on the research it can be concluded that buying and selling in Islamic laws has harmony and the conditions that must be met so that the sale and purchase can be said to be legitimate according to Shara ', the practice of buying and selling wholesale is not included in the sale and purchase which is prohibited by Islam even though it is not weighed but has been done by looking sample and assessed by experts, legal analysis of buying and selling broccoli with a wholesale system in Cihideung Village is valid because it includes those categorized as Jizaf.Keywords: Islamic law, buying and selling wholesale, Jizaf Abstrak. Jual beli dalam aturan Islam mempunyai rukun dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi sehingga jual beli tersebut dapat dikatakan sah menurut syara’ yaitu antara lain barang harus diketahui kualitas dan kuantitas. Praktik jual beli brokoli dengan sistem borongan di Desa Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat hanya dilihat sampel dan tidak ditimbang melainkan ditaksir oleh orang yang ahli. Tujuan penelelitian ini adalah jual beli dalam aturan hukum Islam, praktik jual beli brokoli di Desa Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dan analisis hukum Islam terhadap praktek jual beli brokoli di Desa Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancara dengan pedagang dan pembeli, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jual beli dalam aturan Islam mempunyai rukun dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi sehingga jual beli tersebut dapat dikatakan sah menurut syara’, praktik jual beli borongan tidak termasuk kedalam jual beli yang dilarang oleh Islam meskipun tidak ditimbang tetapi sudah dilakukan dengan cara melihat sampel dan ditaksir oleh orang yang ahli, anaisis hukum jual beli brokoli dengan sistem borongan di Desa Cihideung sah karena termasuk yang dikategorikan Jizaf.Kata Kunci: Hukum Islam, jual beli borongan, jizaf |
