Abstract. Buying and selling has harmony and conditions that must be met. One of the conditions that must be fulfilled is aqid and ma'qud alaih. Aqid must have full ownership rights over the goods it sells / has the right to replace the original position of the owner of the goods. Ma'qud alaih must have goods that have been owned, and have been controlled (held) by the seller. YEP Online Shop is online store who devised a system of dropshipping but , YEP Online Shop were not chosen to become dropshipper official from huge supplier of. A thesis aims to analyze the buying and selling of dropshipping practices in yep if online shop in fikih muamalah. The research is the field study with the approach descriptive of it is anticipated that analysis . Of the source of data that is used is identification primary and secondary data. Based on the results of research studies show that, the practice of buying and selling transactions dropshipping that have been undertaken by YEP Online Shop has not sufficiently suited whereas Allah has made trade fikih muamalah. Because it does not meet the requirements of aqid and ma'aqud alaih and the law becomes invalid. YEP Online Shop sells suppliers' goods without asking the supplier for permission by not registering as an official dropsiper. In addition, YEP Online Shop sells goods that have not been under his control (still in the hands of suppliers).Keywords: Fikih Muamalah , Buying and Selling , Dropshipping Abstrak. Jual beli memiliki rukun dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Salah satu syarat yang harus dipenuhi yaitu aqid dan ma’qud alaih. Aqid harus memiliki hak milik penuh atas barang yang dijualnya/mempunyai hak untuk menggantikan posisi pemilik barang yang asli. Ma’qud alaih harus barang yang sudah dimiliki, dan sudah dikuasai (dipegang) oleh penjual. YEP Online Shop merupakan toko online yang menggunakan sistem dropshipping namun, YEP Online Shop belum menjadi dropshipper resmi dari supplier. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik jual beli dropshipping di YEP Online Shop dalam fikih muamalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, praktik jual beli dropshipping yang dilakukan YEP Online Shop belum sesuai dengan fiqih muamalah. Sebab tidak memenuhi syarat aqid dan ma’aqud alaih serta hukumnya menjadi tidak sah. YEP Online Shop menjual barang milik supplier tanpa meminta izin kepada supplier dengan tidak mendaftarkan diri sebagai dropsiper resmi. Selain itu, YEP Online Shop menjual barang yang belum berada dibawah penguasaan-nya(masih ditangan supplier).Kata Kunci : Fikih Muamalah, Jual Beli, Dropshipping |
