Abstract. PT. PLN Bandung is a company engaged in the field of electrical resources. Within the scope of the Network Service Area, there is a section on Work in Voltage (PDKB), which is a section that is responsible for distributing and maintaining electricity with a voltage of 20 kV. With risky work, of course, tools that protect the employees are needed. The Culture of Occupational Safety and Health is one of the important things in running the work in the PDKB section so that it continues to run smoothly and does not threaten the safety of employees. Employee safety is one of the things that guarantees employees at work. With certain guarantees, employees will feel safe and feel satisfied with the work done. The research method used was the correlational method of 18 PDKB section employees. The measuring instrument used was constructed by researchers based on Cooper's K3 Culture concept and job satisfaction based on Locke's concept of discrepancy theory. The statistical analysis technique used is Rank Spearman. The results showed that there was a strong enough relationship with a coefficient of 0.628 and a significance value of 0.01 between K3 culture and job satisfaction at PDKB section employees of PT. PLN Area Bandung. This means that the higher the frequency of K3 culture, the higher the perceived job satisfaction.Keywords: PDKB, K3 Culture, safety, job satisfactionAbstrak. PT.PLN Bandung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang sumber daya listrik. Di dalam cakupan Area Pelayanan Jaringan, terdapat seksi Pekerjaan Dalam Keadaan Bertegangan (PDKB) yaitu suatu seksi yang bertugas dalam pendistribusian maupun pemeliharaan aliran listrik dengan tegangan 20 kV. Dengan pekerjaan yang beresiko tentu dibutuhkan alat-alat yang melindungi diri para pegawai. Budaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja mnerupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam berjalannya pekerjaan di seksi PDKB agar tetap berjalan dengan lancer dan tidak mengancam keselamatan para pegawai. Keselamatan para pegawai merupakan salah satu hal yang menjamin para pegawai dalam bekerja. Dengan jaminan yang pasti maka para pegawai akan merasa aman dan merasa puas dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional terhadap 18 pegawai seksi PDKB. Alat ukur yang digunakan dikonstruksi oleh peneliti berdasarkan konsep Budaya K3 dari Cooper dan kepuasan kerja berdasarkan konsep teori diskrepansi dari Locke. Adapun teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.628 dan dan nilai signifikansi 0.01 antara budaya K3 dan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai seksi PDKB PT.PLN Area Bandung. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi frekuensi budaya K3 maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan.Kata kunci: PDKB, Budaya K3, keselamatan, kepuasan kerja |
