Abstract: Muntok district is a strategic area of tourism development that has potential tourism which is historyl tourism, nature tourism, and beach tourism with majority of non Muslim communities. With these activities, the existence of the existing tourist attraction is feared to be not kosher. Based on this, it is necessary to do research on the concept of tourism development is with study of development halal tourism preferences in Muntok District. Analysis method are used in this research is descriptive qualitative and stated preference. The indicator of assessment are used as a reference to assess whether or not the concept of halal tourism development applied in Muntok district tourism is an indicator based on the standard of the Global Muslim Travel Index. To see people's preference for the development of halal tourism and to see how the existing forms of tolerance are conducted with questionnaires and interviews. Meanwhile, to see the readiness of tourist objects and determine the order of priority development is done by questionnaire and SP analysis. From the results of research that has been done, so can take the conclucions that the public perception for the development of halal tourism is agree, there are 13 tourist objects that are considered ready to be developed into a halal tourism with 3 main tourist attractions that become priority and the rest are encouraged later, and the existing form of tolerance is a dialogue.Keywords: halal tourism, tourism, stated preference, MuntokAbstrak: Kecamatan Muntok merupakan kawasan strategis pengembangan pariwisata yang memiliki potensi wisata yaitu wisata sejarah, wisata alam, dan wisata pantai dengan mayoritas masyarakat Non-Muslim. Dengan kegiatan tersebut, maka keberadaan objek wisata yang ada dikhawatirkan menjadi tidak halal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang konsep pengembangan pariwisata yaitu dengan studi preferensi pengembangan pariwisata halal di Kecamatan Muntok. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan stated preference. Indikator penilaian yang digunakan sebagai acuan menilai siap atau tidak konsep pengembangan pariwisata halal diterapkan di pariwisata Kecamatan Muntok adalah indikator berdasarkan standar Global Muslim Travel Index. Untuk melihat preferensi masyarakat terhadap pengembagan wisata halal dan untuk melihat bagaimana bentuk toleranski yang ada dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk melihat kesiapan objek wisata dan menentukan urutan prioritas pengembangan dilakukan dengan kuisioner dan analisis SP. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa presepsi masyarakat untuk pengembangan wisata halal adalah setuju, terdapat 13 objek wisata yang dianggap siap untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata halal dengan 3 objek wisata utama yang menjadi prioritas dan sisanya didorong kemudian, dan bentuk toleransi yang ada adalah dialog.Kata Kunci: pariwisata halal, pariwisata, stated preference, Muntok |
