Abstract. Coal mining activity is one kind of that cause changes in earth’s landscape and landform. Reclamation is needed in order to restore earth shapes, thus can be used by local people. Therefore, government issued a regulation (PP 78, 2010). In the regulation, it is stated that every mining company must conduct a reclamation. According to the spatial arrangement of Muara Enim Regency, this location is intended for production forest area. Where most of the IUP area of PT BukitAsam.Tbk production operations is a permanent production forest area and other Area of Use (APL). Based on consideration of several factors such as topography of research area and based on Spatial of Muara Enim Regency, the former mining area is planned to be converted into production forest area. The reclaimed / rehabilitated mining land in accordance with the Muara Enim Regency RTRW will be returned as the initial land hue or other alternative utilization. Where the reclaimed land is made into plantation area of 10 Ha. In this Final Project activity, the component calculation direct and indirect costs of reclamation on plan activities. Direct costs include land stewardship fees and revegetation costs, while indirect costs include of mobilization and demobilization costs of tools (2,5%), costs of supervision (4,8%). The calculation of the cost component is done so that the use of reclamation guarantee provided by the company can be used appropriately. Based on these calculations, the estimated direct cost to carry out the reclamation of land area of 10 Ha is IDR 1,595,782,405 with details of land management fee of IDR 1,216,590,141 , revegetation cost IDR 262,355,554. The total indirect cost is Rp 116,836,709 with details of mobilization cost and tool demobilization (2,5%) amounting to Rp 36,973,642. Cost of supervision (5,4%) Rp 79,863,067Keywords: Reclamation, Revegetation, Direct Cost, Indirect Cost Plan Abstrak Industri pertambangan khususnya bahan galian industri semakin berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan pembangunan di Indonesia. Berkembangnya sektor industri pertambangan tersebut menimbulkan beberapa dampak negatif salah satunya adalah terjadinya perubahan lingkungan. Untuk menanggulangi dampak tersebut, kegiatan reklamasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, kajian rencana biaya reklamasi sangat diperlukan guna menunjang pelaksanaan reklamasi yang telah direncanakan. Berdasarkan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Muara Enim lokasi penambangan ini diperuntukan area hutan produksi. Dimana sebagian besar wilayah IUP operasi produksi PT BukitAsam.Tbk merupakan wilayah kawasan hutan produksi tetap dan Area Penggunaan Lain (APL). Lahan bekas tambang yang direklamasi/direhabilitasi sesuai dengan RTRW Kabupaten Muara Enim akan dikembalikan sebagaimana rona awal lahan atau alternatif pemanfaatan lain. Luas lahan pit 3 banko barat yang direklamasi untuk perkebunan kayu putih yaitu 10 Ha. Hasil perhitungan terhadap komponen biaya langsung dan biaya tidak langsung kegiatan rencana reklamasi. Biaya langsung meliputi biaya penatagunaan lahan dan biaya revegetasi, sedangkan biaya tidak langsung meliputi biaya mobilisasi dan demobilisasi alat (2,5%), Biaya supervisi (4,8%). Perhitungan komponen biaya tersebut dilakukan agar penggunaan jaminan reklamasi yang telah disediakan perusahaan dapat digunakan secara tepat guna. Didapatkan Biaya Rencana Reklamasi seluas 10 Ha adalah sebesar Rp 1.595.782.405 dengan rincian biaya penataan lahan sebesar Rp 1.216.590.141 biaya revegetasi Rp 262.355.554. Adapun total biaya tidak langsung adalah sebesar Rp 116.836.709 dengan rincian biaya mobilisasi dan demobilisasi alat (2,5%) sebesar Rp 36.973.642.
