Abstract. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is cement company located in Citereup, Bogor, West Java. Based on the production of P12 crushers achieved by PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk on August 2018 8.475,11 tons month/shift from the target 12.966 tons/month/shift. The mining activity is using open mining system. Limestone result of blasting needs to be carried out in a size comminution process with a crusher to produce limestone in accordance with factory demand, the crusher used by the crushing unit P12 is the double shaft hammer crusher. The results showed that from the crushing unit P12 working time of 123 hours/month/shift it was not maximal nor the work efficiency was 64,83%. There are few obstacles who can be minimized so that time and productivity will increase. For example, the grate bar is damaged, the length of time the lane is waiting, and the 15 minute earlier return homes. To improve the work efficiency of the tool can be done by evaluating the performance of the tool and analyzed the time of the obstacles that occur, then do the optimization in the form of improving the time of obstacles that can be avoided. Then for production after optimization efforts increased to 225,060 tons / month / shift, with work efficiency of 91.49%.Keywords: Crusher, Productivity,Work Efficiency, Crusher Obstacle Abstrak. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk merupakan perusahaan industri semen yang berada di Citeureup, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil produksi crusher P12 yang dicapai PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk pada bulan Agustus 2018 yaitu 8.475,11 ton/bulan/shift dari target 12.966 ton/bulan/shift. Batu gamping dari peledakan perlu dilakukan proses kominusi ukuran dengan alat peremuk agar memproduksi batu gamping yang sesuai dengan permintaan pabrik, alat peremuk yang dipakai oleh unit crushing P12 adalah double shaft hammer crusher. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari waktu kerja unit crushing P12 sebesar 123 jam/bulan/shift belum maksimal, begitu juga dengan efisiensi kerjanya sebesar 64,83%. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat unit proses pegolahan salah satunya adalah efektivitas kerja dari operator dan alat-alat. Ada beberapa hambatan antara lain grate bar patah, lamanya waktu tunggu jalur, dan pulang lebih awal 15 menit.Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja alat dapat dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi kinerja alat serta dianalisis waktu hambatan yang terjadi, lalu dilakukan optimalisasi berupa perbaikan waktu hambatan yang dapat dihindari. Kemudian untuk hasil produksi setelah dilakukan upaya optimalisasi meningkat menjadi 225.060 ton/bulan/shift, dengan efisiensi kerja sebesar 91,49 %.Kata Kunci: Crusher, Produktivitas, Efisiensi Kerja, Hambatan Crusher |
