Abstract. The mining industry is in dire need of good planning so that during the course of the mining operation it will not cause harm both in material and in terms of time. Efforts are made to reduce investment costs by analyzing the tools used during the mining process. Based on the results of research at PT Graha Silver Silk there are several problems that arise, namely the use of inefficient tools, sudden damage to the tool, and various other factors so that the problem becomes an obstacle that causes mining operating costs incurred quite large and does not meet the target company production per month. This study aims to determine the operating costs (operating costs) per year in sand mining activities, find out the cost of ownership (owning cost), know the unit cost of production and production costs that must be invested for a period of 8 years. Leasing equipment that has the same specifications, the company incurs an operating cost of Rp 1,661,633,461 / year to rent equipment with the same specifications and has a productivity of conveyance of 23,688.28 tons / month. The productivity of the conveyance fulfills the company's production target of 20,000 tons / month. The company issued an operating cost of Rp 1,399,968,620 / year and productivity of transportation equipment of 18,924,242 tons / hour for old equipment. Unit cost of production for hauling equipment that has been used by the company is Rp. 34,880.05 / ton and for unit cost of rental equipment is Rp. 30,636.42 / ton.Keywords: operating costs, ownership costs, production costs Abstrak. Industri pertambangan sangat membutuhkan suatu perencanaan yang baik sehingga selama kegiatan operasi penambangan berlangsung tidak akan menimbulkan kerugian baik dari segi material maupun dari segi waktu. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk menurunkan biaya investasi yaitu dengan cara menganalisa alat yang digunakan selama proses penambangan. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian di PT Graha Silver Silk ada beberapa masalah yang timbul, yaitu penggunaan alat yang kurang efisien, terjadi kerusakan pada alat secara mendadak, dan berbagai faktor lain sehingga masalah tersebut menjadi hambatan yang menyebabkan biaya operasi penambangan yang dikeluarkan cukup besar dan tidak memenuhi target produksi perusahaan per bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya operasi (operating cost) per tahun pada kegiatan penambangan pasir, mengetahui biaya kepemilikan (owning cost), mengetahui unit cost production dan biaya produksi yang harus diinvestasikan untuk jangka waktu 8 tahun. Melakukan penyewaan alat yang memiliki spesifikasi yang sama, perusahaan mengeluarkan operating cost sebesar Rp 1.661.633.461/tahun untuk menyewa alat dengan spesifikasi yang sama dan memiliki produktivitas alat angkut 23.688,28 ton/bulan. Produktivitas alat angkut tersebut memenuhi target produksi perusahaan sebesar 20.000 ton/bulan. Perusahaan mengeluarkan operating cost sebesar Rp 1.399.968.620/tahun dan produktivitas alat angkut sebesar 18.924,242 ton/jam untuk alat lama. Unit cost of production untuk alat angkut yang sudah digunakan perusahaan adalah Rp.34.880,05/ton dan untuk unit cost alat sewa yaitu sebesar Rp 30.636,42/ton.Kata Kunci : biaya operasi, biaya kepemilikan, biaya produksi |
