Abstract. PT. Freeport Indonesia cannot be separated from a shotcrete job as a secondary reinforcement (secondary ground support). To improve the stability of tunnels in underground mines, it is necessary to implement a ground support system in the tunnel. One of them is used in the Underground Mine PT. Freeport Indonesia is shotcrete. A good and correct composition of shotcrete will greatly determine the strength of shotcrete according to the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that has been determined by PT Freeport Indonesia. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the strength of shotcrete in the underground mining area of PT. Freeport Indonesia. This study compares the mixture of shotcrete fiber using sand aggregate with limestone and sand aggregate that does without limestone. The purpose of this study is to compare the results of the compressive strength of the UCS sample from a shotcrete mixture that without limestone and shotcrete mixture with limestone. The test results for aggregate without limestone from sample numbers 1 to 7 have an average compressive strength test value of 67.72 MPa this can exceed the standard of 40 MPa which is determined by the UG geotech department and UG engineering QAQC for mix design shotcrete fiber 40 MPa. This happens because the limestone material has a lower grinding value below the standard of 40%. With an aggregate wear testing method with the ASTM C Los Angeles abrasion machine 131-01. While the aggregate with limestone from sample numbers 8 to 15 has an average compressive strength of 64.79 Mpa canexceed the standard 40 MPa. But this happens because the limestone material has a value of the grind level that is higher than the standard of 40%, with aggregate wear testing methods with los angeles abrasion machines in several test samples: 47.62%> 40% Gravel avel 37.5 mm (ASTM C 131-01 ) and 45.73%> 40% Gravel ≤ 19 mm (ASTM C 131-01). The higher the degree of crushing of a material, the easier the material to be crushed due to pressure. Freeport Indonesia tidak lepas dari suatu pekerjaan Beton Tembak (Shotcrete) sebagai perkuatan sekunder (secondary ground support). Untuk meningkatkan stabilitas terowongan pada tambang bawah tanah maka perlu dilakukan penerapan sistem ground support pada terowongan. Salah satunya yang digunakan di Tambang Bawah Tanah PT. Freeport Indonesia adalah beton tembak (shotcrete). Pengkomposisian shotcrete yang baik dan benar akan sangat menentukan perolehan kekuatan shotcrete sesuai dengan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) yang telah ditentukan oleh PT Freeport Indonesia. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis kekuatan shotcrete di area tambang bawah tanah PT. Freeport Indonesia. Penelitian ini membandingkan antara campuran shotcrete fiber dengan menggunakan agregat pasir yang mengandung limestone dan agregat pasir yang tidak mengandung limestone. Tujuan penelitian ini akan membandingkan hasil kuat tekan sampel UCS dari campuran shotcrete yang tidak mengandung limestone dan campuran shotcrete yang mengandung limestone. Hasil pengujian untuk agregat tanpa limestone dari sampel nomor 1 sampai 7 mempunyai nilai uji kuat tekan rata- rata sebesar 67.72 MPa hal ini dapat melebih standar sebesar 40 MPa yang di ditentukan oleh departeman UG geotech dan UG engineering QAQC untuk mix design shotcrete fiber 40 MPa. Hal ini terjadi karena material limestone memiliki nilai kegerusan yang lebih rendah di bawah standar 40%. Dengan metode pengujian keausan agregat dengan mesin abrasi Los Angeles ASTM C131-01. Sedangkan untuk agregat yang mengandung limestone dari sampel nomor 8 sampai 15 mempunyai nilai kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 64.79 MPa dapat melebih standar 40 MPa. Namun hal ini terjadi karena material limestone memiliki nilai tingkat kegerusan yang lebih tinggi dari standar sebesar 40%, dengan metode pengujian keausan agregat dengan mesin abrasi Los Angeles di beberapa sampel pengujian: 47.62% > 40% Gravel ≤ 37.5 mm (ASTM C 131-01) dan 45.73% > 40% Gravel ≤ 19 mm (ASTM C 131-01). Semakin tinggi tingkat kegerusan suatu material maka semakin mudah material tersebut untuk hancur karena tekanan.
