dc.description Abstract. A PR practitioner must be able to establish, foster, and maintain good relations or harmonious relationships with his stakeholders. PT Ciptamedia Kreasi Mandiri is a company that conducts stakeholder relations activities every year. The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of stakeholder relations in the company must be carried out, to determine the company's process of carrying out stakeholder relations activities, and to find out the results of the company's stakeholder stakeholder activities in 2019. The research method used is qualitative research methods and research approach using case studies by interviewing, observing and studying literature. The results obtained from this study are the factors of PT Ciptamedia Kreasi Mandiri conducting Stakeholder Relations activities, the results of which there are two aspects namely public aspects and management aspects. In addition, the processes that occur during stakeholder relations activities and the results of stakeholder relations are divided into several classifications.Keywords: Public Relations, Stakeholders, Stakeholders Relations.Abstrak. Seorang praktisi PR harus dapat menjalin, membina, dan memelihara hubungan yang baik atau hubungan yang harmonis dengan stakeholder-nya. PT Ciptamedia Kreasi Mandiri adalah salah satu perusahaan yang setiap tahunnya melaksanakan kegiatan Stakeholders Relations. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegiatan Stakeholders Relations di perusahaan harus dilakukan, untuk mengetahui proses perusahaan melakukan kegiatan Stakeholders Relations, dan untuk mengetahui hasil dari kegiatan Stakeholder Relations perusahaan tahun 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendeketan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor PT Ciptamedia Kreasi Mandiri melakukan kegiatan Stakeholder Relations, yang hasilnya terdapat dua aspek yaitu aspec public realtions dan aspek manajemen. Selain itu, proses yang terjadi selama kegiatan stakeholders relations dan hasil dari stakeholders relations yang terbagi dalam beberapa klasifikasi.Kata Kunci : Public Relations, Stakeholders, Stakeholders Relations.
