Abstract. This study done with the aim to determine the effect of capital structure to firm value, to determine the effect of firm sixe to firm value. The factors studies are capital structure (debt to equity ratio), firm size (Ln total asset) as in independent variables, and firm value (price to book value) as an dependent variabel. The research method used in this research in descriptive method with quantitative approach. Date collection was don by using documentation. In this study, the research population is a of miscellaneous industry sector of company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with sampling technique using purposive samplinf. Based on the technique, obtained a sample of 19 companies with the time period 2015-2016. Hypothesis testings done by multiple regression analysis F test, t test and coeffisien determination method with SPSS 17 software. The result of this research shows that there influence of capital structure and firm size simultaneously to firm value. While partially, indicating that there is influence of capital structure to firm value and not there influence of firm size to firm value. Keyword : Capital structure, Firm Size, Firm Value Abstark. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti yaitu struktur modal (debt to equity ratio), ukuran perusahaan (Ln total asset) sebagai variabel independen dan nilai perusahaan (price to book value) sebagai variabel dependen. Metode pene;itian yang menjadi populasi adalah perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut diperoleh sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan dengan periode waktu 2015-2016. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan nalaisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan softrware SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh strukutr modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan. sedangkan secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dan tidak terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
