dc.description Absctract.Employee performance is a success. The leadership style and work motivation given by the leader will greatly affect the performance of its employees. Good employee performance can be obtained from leadership style and good work motivation. Leadership style and work motivation are important parts of a company or organization to improve employee performance. Work Motivation, and Employee Performance at Bandung Islamic University Faculty of Economics and Business; to assess whether there is an influence of style on employee leadership, work motivation on employee performance, leadership style anad woark motivaation on emplaoyee performance. The research method used in this study is a verification method with quantitative findings. Thae daata soaurce uased is thae primaary daata souarce. The daata collecation teachniques aused were questionnaires with a total sample of 30 respondents, data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Bandung Islamic University Faculty of Economics and Business. The results of the research analysis show opposing leadership styles towards employees, work motivation towards employees, leadership style anad waork motiavation on emaployee perforamance.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.Abstrak.Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu keberhasilana karyawan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja yang diberikan oleh seorang pemimpin akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Kinerja karyawan yang baik dapaat diperaoleh dari gaaya kepemaimpinan daan motivaasi kerja yaang baaik pula. Gaaaya kepeamimapinan dan motivasi kerja merupakan bagian yang penting didalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi untaauk meninagakatkan kinaerja karyaaawan. Penelitiaan inai beartujuan untuak meamahami Gayaa Kepemiampinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan di Universitas Islam Bandung Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis; untuk memahami apakah terdapat pengaaruh gaaya kepemaimpinan tearhadap kinaerja karayawan, motaivasi keraja terhaadap kinearja karyaawan, gaaya kepeamimpinan dana motivaasi kaerja terahadap kinearja karyaawan. Meatode peanelitian yaang digaunakan daalam penaelitian iani adaalah metoade verifikaatif dengaan pendeakatan kuaantitatif. Suamber daata yanag diguanakan yaaitu sumaber daata priamer. Adapuan teknaik pengumapulan dataa yanga digunaakan adaalah kuesiaoner dengan jumlah saampel sebanyak 30 responden, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada para karyawan di Universitas Islam Bandung Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Haasil analisais penealitian menaunjukan baahwa gaaya kepemiampinan berpenagaruh terahadap kianerja karyaawan, motivaasi keraja berpeangaruh terhaadap kianerja karayawan, gaaya kepeamimpinan dan motivaasi kaerja berpeangaruh terahadap kinaerja karyaawan.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
