Abstract.Environmental performance and the level of profitability can improve disclosure of social responsibility. The better environmental performance the higher level of corporatesocial dresponsibility disclosure will be. The phenomenon that occurs in companies in Indonesia shows that there are still many companies that to not implement corporate social responsibility disclosure And the company’s production activities often caused environmental pollution. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of environmental performance disclosure of social responsibility and the level of profitability on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The method used in this study is a verification method with a quantitative approach. The statistical technique that is used to test the hypothesis is multiple linier regression. The population in this study are mining and cement sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling is done by using purposive sampling method, in which 15 companies will b e used as research samples. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the influential environmental performance on disclosure of social responsibility and the level of profitability also influence disclosure of social responsibility.Keywords: Environmental performance, Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility DisclosureAbstrak.Kinerja lingkungan dan tingkat profitabilitas dapat meningkatkan pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial. Semakin baik kinerja lingkungan maka semakin baik tingkat pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial perusahaan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada perusahaan di Indonesia menunjukan masih banyak perusahaan yang tidak menerapkan Pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial perusahaan, dan sering sekali terjadi pencemaran lingkungan akibat dari aktifitas produksi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap Pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial perusahaan dan besarnya tingkat profitabilitas terhadap Pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor tambang dan semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling method, sehingga diperoleh 15 perusahaan yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial perusahaan dan tingkat profitabilitas juga berpengaruh terhadap Pengungkapan pertanggung jawaban sosial.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Lingkungan, Tingkat Profitabilitas, Pengungkapan Pertanggung Jawaban Sosial Perusahaan |
