Abstract.Auditors, Professional Ethics, and Work Experience on Auditor Performance. This research was conducted at the Public Accounting Office (KAP), which was registered at IAPI, Bandung. Respond to this research are auditors. This research uses descriptive analysis method using qualitative through surveys. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Testing the hypothesis in this study shows the method of multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show auditor professionalism, professional ethics and work research related to Auditor Performance. The next author to increase the number of respondents, so the results of respondents can be more accurate. The author suggests adding other variables so that research is more interesting to discuss.Keywords: Auditor Professionals, Professional Ethics, Work Experience,Auditor Performa Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profesionalisme Auditor, Etika Profesi dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Auditor. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang terdaftar di IAPI Kota Bandung. Responden pada Penelitian ini Adalah Auditor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner,. pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan spss versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan profesionalisme auditor, etika profesi dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Auditor. Penulis selanjutnya untuk menambahkan jumlah responden, sehingga hasil dari responden dapat menjadi lebih akurat. Penulis menyarankan untuk menambah variabel lain agar penelitian lebih menarik untuk dibahas.Kata Kunci : Profesionalisme Auditor, Etika Profesi, Pengalaman Kerja,, Kinerja Auditor |
