Abstract. The main purpose of this study is to measure the influence of intellectual capital to company value with profitability as an intervening variable in the manufacturing sub-sector of the chemical industry listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia the period 2012-2015. The method use disdescriptive verification. The sampling technique used this research is purposive sampling with a sample of 9 company manufacturing subsectors chemical industry. Analysis of data using path analysis models with SPSS 20 for windows to analyze the effect of mediation. The results shows that intellectual capital affect the profitability, Intellectual capital affect the value of the company, while profitability doesn’t affect the value of the company.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor industri kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 9 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor industri.kimia. Analisis data menggunakan model path analysis dengan bantuan program SPSS 20 for windows untuk menganalisis pengaruh mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. |
