Abstract. The supply chain is very important for the company because it is an integral part of the company's strategy and is the most expensive activity of almost all companies and departs from these problems, so research is conducted to measure the supply chain performance of PT. Servvo Fire Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study use SCOR matrix. The results of the study found that the results of the calculations were obtained for the average of one year of delivery performance (63.6%), order fulfillment lead time (1-3 days), perfect order fulfillment (74.2%), Supply Chain response time ( 3 days), production flexibility (0.6 times), cash-to-cash cycle time (6 days), Inventory Days Supply (1 day), and return on assets (0.48 times). The conclusion of this research is the shipping performance and production costs that are still not good and still below the average. In addition, the time for cash to cash owned by the company is still very minimal because it is much faster than the target.Keywords: Supply Chain Performance, SCOR Metrics, Benefits Abstrak. Rantai pasokan sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena merupakan bagian integral dari strategi perusahaan dan merupakan aktivitas yang paling mahal dari hampir seluruh perusahaan dan berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok PT. Servvo Fire Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan matriks SCOR. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hasil perhitungannya didapat antara lain untuk rata-rata satu tahun kinerja pengiriman (63,6%), lead time pemenuhan order (1-3 hari), perfect order fulfillment (74,2%), waktu respon Supply Chain (3 hari), fleksibilitas produksi (0,6 kali), cash-to-cash cycle time (6 hari), Inventory Days Supply (1 hari), dan pengembalian assets (0,48 kali). Kesimpulan dari penelitin ini adalah kinerja pengiriman dan biaya produksi yang masih kurang baik dan masih berada dibawah rata-rata. Selain itu waktu untuk cash to cash yang dimiliki perusahaan masih sangat minim karena jauh lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan target yang seharusnya.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Rantai Pasok, Metriks SCOR, Keuntungan |
