Abstract.This research aims to determine the comparison of Dana Pihak Ketiga, BOPO, and ROA before and after the implementation of Laku Pandai Program with case study at Bank BTPN Syariah. The data collected from published reports of Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK) in 2016-2018 and BTPN Syariah within 1st quarter of 2016 until 3rd quarter of 2018 period during the implementation of Laku Pandai Program. With Independent Paired Sample t-test method, then the result data of DPK, BOPO, and ROA before and after the implementation of Laku Pandai Program is acquired. This research shown three ratio which was examined in BTPN Syariah that consists of DPK, BOPO, and ROA. From the three ratio, there are two ratio that significantly changed, BOPO and ROA. Therefore, there is no alteration in the ratio of DPK. The ratio result of BOPO with significance 0,001 and ROA 0,001 which means there is an alteration and DPK with significance 0,996 which means there is no significance change. From the result, we can conclude that the Laku Pandai Program operated by BTPN Syariah shown different result towards BOPO and ROA but the DPK shown the same result during 2016-2018 period.Key Words: Laku Pandai, DPK, BOPO, ROA and Paired Sample t-Test. Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perbandingan Dana Pihak Ketiga, BOPO dan ROA sebelum dan sesudah penerapan program Laku Pandai studi pada PT Bank BTPN Syariah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2016-2018 di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan BTPN Syariah dengan mengambil rentang periode triwulan I 2016 – triwulan III 2018 penerapan program Laku Pandai. Dengan teknik uji beda rata – rata Paired Sample t-Test, maka diperoleh data dari hasil DPK, BOPO dan ROA sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Laku Pandai. Penelitian ini menunjukan tiga rasio yang diteliti pada BTPN Syariah, yang terdiri dari Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), BOPO dan Terurn on Asset (ROA). Dari tiga rasio terdapat dua rasio yang mengalami perubahan secara signifikan yaitu BOPO dan ROA. Sedangkan rasio DPK menghimpun dana tetap atau tidak ada perubahan. Hasil uji pada rasio BOPO dengan hasil signifikasi 0,001 dan ROA sebesar 0,001yang artinya terdapat perubahan sedangkan rasio DPK dengan hasil signifikasi 0,996 maka artinya rasio ini tidak mengalami perubahan secara signifikan. Kesimpulannya dari adanya pelayanan laku pandai yang dioperasikan BTPN Syariah menimbulkan perbedaan terhadap BOPO dan ROA sedangkan DPK yang dihimpun tetap selama periode 2016-2018.Kata Kunci : Laku Pandai, DPK, BOPO, ROA dan Paired Sample t-Test. |
