Abstract.This research aims to find out if there is a difference in the health of banks before and after the existence of the supervision Authority Services Finance (OJK). Bank health assessment carried out by the method RGEC (Risk Profile, Earning Good Corporate Governance, and Capital). This type of research is comparative research i.e. research which is ex-facto, meaning this method stems from events that have finished going on then will compare and analyze differences. The health of the bank will be compared to gauge how the ukurnya health development bank before the existence of the supervision of the financial services authority (OJK) and after the existence of the supervision of the financial services authority (OJK). The selection of the sample in this research was conducted with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria that have been set, the number of samples examined are as much as ten banks go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Methods of analysis of the test method used is different from the average of two independent sample t-test, with IBM SPSS 16.0 program and methods to determine the level of assessment RGEC health bank. The research results indicate there is a difference between the bank's health before the existence of the supervision of financial services authority (OJK) and after the existence of the supervision of the financial services authority (OJK). The variable that indicates the existence of a difference is NPL and LAR.Keywords: The health of banks, RGEC methods, and supervision of the financial services authority (OJK).Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan Kesehatan Bank sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keungan (OJK). Penilaian Kesehatan Bank dilakukan dengan metode RGEC (Risk Profile Good Corporate Governance, Earning, dan Capital). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif yaitu penelitian yang bersifat ex-facto, artinya metode ini berasal dari kejadian yang telah selesai terjadi lalu akan membandingkan dan menganalisis perbedaan. Kesehatan bank ini akan dibandingkan dengan tolok ukurnya yaitu bagaimana perkembangan kesehatan bank sebelum adanya pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan sesudah adanya pengawasan Otoritas Jasa keuangan (OJK). Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak sepuluh bank go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode uji beda dua rata-rata independent sample t-test, dengan program IBM SPSS 16.0 dan metode RGEC untuk menentukan penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan kesehatan bank antara sebelum adanya pengawasan OtoritasJasa Keuangan (OJK) dan sesudah adanya pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Variabel yang menunjukan adanya perbedaan yaitu NPL dan LAR.Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Bank, Metode RGEC, dan Pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). |
