dc.description Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of conventional banking services prior to the implementation of internet banking, to examine the impact of conventional banking service quality after the implementation of internet banking, to prove and analyze the differences in the quality of conventional banking services before and after the application of internet banking. This research was conducted at Bank Central Asia (BCA) and BCA customers in Bandung. The data used is the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to BCA customers who use KlikBCA in Bandung area as many as 60 respondents. The research variables used are: independent variable in the form of quality of banking service prior to internet banking application and quality of banking service after internet banking application. The analysis tool used is SPSS v.16. Analysis of data used is t test analysis (paired sample t-test) which aims to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate a significant difference between the quality of service before the implementation of internet banking with service quality after the implementation of internet banking. It is shown at the value of t arithmetic of 18.575 or in other words the probability 0.000 <0.05.Keywords: Quality of Service, Service Quality, Internet Banking, KlikBCA Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menguji  pengaruh  kualitas  layanan perbankan konvensional sebelum penerapan internet  banking, untuk  menguji  pengaruh  kualitas  layanan perbankan konvensional sesudah penerapan internet  banking, untuk  membuktikan  dan  menganalisis perbedaan kualitas layanan perbankan konvensional sebelum dan sesudah penerapan internet banking. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bank Central Asia (BCA) dan nasabah BCA di kota Bandung. Data  yang  digunakan  adalah  data  primer  yang  berupa  kuesioner  yang disebar  ke  nasabah  BCA  yang  menggunakan  KlikBCA  di  wilayah  Bandung sebanyak  60  responden.  Variabel-variabel  penelitian  yang  digunakan  yaitu variabel  independen  berupa  kualitas layanan perbankan sebelum penerapan internet banking dan kualitas layanan perbankan sesudah penerapan internet banking. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS v.16. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis uji t (paired sample t-test) yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan sebelum penerapan internet banking dengan kualitas layanan sesudah penerapan internet banking . Hal tersebut ditunjukkan  pada  nilai t hitung sebesar 18,575 atau dengan kata lain probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05.Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Service Quality, Internet Banking, KlikBCA.
