Abstract. This study aims to find out whether there is influence of compensation and discipline of work to the personal work performance CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The population is 81 people, which is all becoming respondent on this research. This research use primary data who obtained with the spread of questionnaries to employees who working on CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. Data analysis techniques used in this research multiple linear regression, which is operated throught the program SPSS 23. The result of this study indicate that compensation not influence to the employee performances, work discipline has influence the employee performances. Meanwhile compensation and work discipline have influence to the employee performances simultaneously.Keyword: Compensation, Discipline of work and Employee Performances. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. Jumlah populasi adalah 81 orang, yang mana semuanya menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, serta penyebaran kuisioner kepada seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan. |
