Abstract. This study examines the effect of Intellectual Capital and the Quality of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance. The object of this research is Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2015-2018. The sample research technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method that was used was a sample of 8 Islamic Commercial Banks. Annual sata type. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as a method to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using SPSS 21.The results of the study with multiple linear regression analysis show that Intellectual Capital as measured by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient partially influences Financial Performance. The Quality of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance as measured by the Composite Value (Self Assessment) partially influences Financial Performance.This study also states that Intellectual Capital and the Quality of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance simultaneously have a significant effect on Financial Performance by 55.7% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Quality of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, Return On Assets.Abstrak. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Kualitas Penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia tahun 2015-2018. Teknik penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel penilitian sebanyak 8 Bank Umum Syariah. Jenis sata tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai metode untuk mengukur pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen dengan menggunakan SPSS 21.Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital yang diukur dengan Value Added Intellectual Coefficient secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Kualitas Penerapan Good Corporate Governance yang diukur dengan Nilai Komposit (Self Assessment) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa Intellectual Capital dan Kualitas Penerapan Good Corporate Governance secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan sebesar 55,7% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Intellectual Capital, Kualitas Penerapan Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuangan, Return On Assets |
