Abstract. Aggregate planning is a way of estimating the amount of output that will be produced to meet demand during the planning period (3 to 18 months) in the future and adjusted to the company's production capacity. Hamidah Collection is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of hijab. Every month Hamidah Collection is still difficult to determine production according to demand so that there are differences in each month.In this study the aim was to minimize the production costs of the hijab production process carried out by Hamidah Collection by using the Workforce and Inventory Level Method, the Workforce and Overtime Level Method, and the Chase Strategy. This type of research uses Descriptive Quantitative with Case Study Methods.Based on the results obtained from the efficient calculation of one of the best methods to use in the production process is to use the Level Workforce and Overtime Method with a difference of 6% more efficiently with a total cost of Rp. 1,585,632,385 is more efficient with the company's previous planning costs.Keywords: Aggregate Planning,Level Workforce, Chase StrategyAbstrak. Perencanaan Agregat merupakan cara memperkirakan jumlah output yang akan diproduksi untuk memenuhi perimintaan selama periode perencanaan (3 sampai 18 bulan) ke depan dan disesuaikan dengan kapasitas produksi perusahaan. Hamidah Collection merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi hijab. Pada setiap bulannya Hamidah Collection masih sulit menentukan produksi sesuai dengan permintaan sehingga terjadi perbedaan dalam setiap bulan. Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meminimumkan biaya biaya produksi dari proses produksi hijab yang dilakukan oleh Hamidah Collection dengan menggunakan Metode Level Workforce and Inventory, Level Workforce and Overtime, dan Chase Strategy. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Metode Studi Kasus. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan yang efisien dari salah satu metode yang palik baik digunakan dalam proses produksi adalah dengan menggunakan metode Level Workforce and Overtime dengan selisih 6% lebih efisien dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 1.585.632.38 lebih efisien dengan biaya perencanaan sebelumnya.Kata kunci : Perencanaan Agregat, Level Workforce, Chase Strategy. |
