Abstract:Menstrual pattern is the decay of the endometrium wall that is characterized by the release of blood that occurs periodically every month. One of the things that affects menstrual patterns is nutritional status determined by measuring the body mass index (BMI) and the upper arm circumference. Nutritional status is thought to have an affect to the menstrual patterns. The purpose of this study is to know the correlation between left upper arm circumference and the menstrual pattern of SMAN 27 Bandung students. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The indicator for the nutritional status is obtained through the measurement of the upper arm circumference. This research was conducted in SMAN 27 Bandung on October 2018 and a 96 female sample was obtained. The result of this study was analyzed with the Fisher Exact statistical test using epi info program. There was no significant correlation between the over nutrition status and the menstrual pattern (p=0,78) and there was also no significant correlation between the undernourished status and the menstrual pattern (p=0,15). Keywords: Menstrual Pattern, Nutritional Status, Upper Arm                       CircumferenceAbstrak:Pola haid adalah peluruhan dinding endometrium ditandai oleh keluarnya darah yang terjadi periodik setiap bulan. Hal yang mempengaruhi pola haid salah satunya adalah status gizi yang ditentukan dengan cara mengukur indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan lingkar lengan atas. Status gizi diduga dapat memengaruhi pola haid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkar lengan kiri atas dengan pola haid pada siswi SMAN 27 Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Indikator status gizi didapatkan melalui pengukuran lingkar lengan atas. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 27 Kota Bandung pada bulan Oktober 2018 dan didapatkan sampel 96 siswi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji statistic Fisher exact menggunakan program epi info. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi lebih dengan pola haid (p=0,78) dan status gizi kurang dengan pola haid (p=0,15).Kata Kunci: Lingkar Lengan Atas, Pola Haid, Status Gizi
