Abstrack. The quality of accounting information systems is a characteristic of integrated and harmonized data processingsystems that are able to provide quality accounting information. this study aims to determine the application of the use information technology, user competency, and quality of accounting information systems in the departments of the Bandung City Goverment and to determine the effect of the use information technology and user competency on the quality of accounting information systems. The research approach used in this research is descriptive and verification analysis using primary data. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The numer of samples in this study were 57 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study inficate that the application of the use information technology, user competency, and the quality of accounting information systems in the offices of the City Goverment Bandung is classified in the criteria of "Very Good" and use of information technology and user competency have a positive and significant effect on the quality of accounting information systems.Keyword: use of information technology, user competency, quality of accounting information systemAbstrak. Kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan karakteristik sistem pengolahan data yang terintegrasi dan harmonisasi yang mampu memberikan informasi akuntansi yang berkualitas. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan penggunaan teknologi informasi, kompetensi pengguna, dan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada dinas-dinas di Pemerintah Kota Bandung serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi dan kompetensi pengguna terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan nonprobability sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Banyaknya sampel penelitian ini yaitu 57 responden. analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan penggunaan teknologi informasi, kompetensi pengguna, dan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada dinas-dinas di Pemerintah Kota Bandung tergolong dalam kriteria "Sangat Baik" serta penggunaan teknologi informasi dan kompetensi pengguna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi.kata kunci: penggunaan teknologi informasi, kompetensi pengguna, kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi |
