Abstract. PT. Cahaya Kemilau Sejahtera is a company engaged in the field of direct sales where the company sells by credit sales and payments using installments. Companies that sell goods in the form of digital Al-Qur'an. Barriers that are processed by PT. Cahaya Kemilau Sejahtera that is ordering goods orders that are still done verbally, does not make a report of the purchase of goods, orders for socialization are done verbally and not made a sales report. Reducing the level of errors in management carried out in each section. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and interview methods with the system development method, namely the FAST (Freamwork For Application of Systems Engineering) method, so that the final result of the system developed will get a well-structured and clear system. The results of the design carried out by researchers, namely the design of sales information systems and the design of goods that are able to support the operational needs of PT. The Light of the Sheen of Prosperity. In addition, there is no system that supports documents, systems and procedures that support company management, as well as the support of relationships between databases and interfaces that provide effective and efficient information. Cahaya Kemilau Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang dirrect selling yang dimana perusahaan tersebut melakukan penjualan dengan cara penjualan kredit dan pembayaran secara angsuran. Perusahaan yang menjual barang berupa Al-Qur’an digital. Hambatan yang dihadapi PT. Cahaya Kemilau Sejahtera yaitu perintah pemesanan barang yang masih dilakukan secara lisan, tidak membuat laporan persediaan barang, perintah sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara lisan dan tidak dibuatkannya laporan penjualan. Sehingga mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam pengelolaan yang dilakukan disetiap bagian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dan wawancara dengan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu metode FAST (Freamwork For Application Of System Technique), sehingga hasil akhir dari sistem yang dikembangkan akan mendapat sistem yang teerstruktur dengan baik dan jelas. Hasil dari perancangan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, yaitu sebuah rancangan sistem informasi penjualan dan persediaan barang yang mampu menunjang kebutuhan operasional PT. Cahaya Kemilau Sejahtera. Selain itu unsur sistem yang diusulkan seperti dokumen, sistem dan prosedur yang mendukung pengelolaan perusahaan serta adanya hubungan terintegrasi antara database dengan interface yang mampu menghasilkan informasi yang efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Persediaan Barang |
