Abstract. At present there is very tight global competition, with global competition, companies must have a competitive advantage strategy to maintain their financial and market positions. To find out the company has implemented a competitive advantage strategy or not, it can be seen from the performance of the company. Companies that have poor performance in company management need a solution that must be done balanced scorecard comes with the concept of performance appraisal that is not only seen from the financial aspect only. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the balanced scorecard, the company's competitive advantage, and determine the magnitude of the effect of the implementation of the balanced scorecard on the competitive advantage of state-owned companies in the city of Bandung. The data source used in this study is data primary. The data collection techniques used by distributing 30 questionnaires to SOEs in the city of Bandung. The technique in determining the sample in this study is probability sampling with disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method in analyzing data in testing the hypotheses used in this study is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the balanced scorecard affects the company's competitive advantage, also the implementation of the balanced scorecard is very good and is able to compete with SOEs in the city of Bandung.Keyword : Competitive Advantage, Company Performance, Use of Balanced ScorecardAbstrak. Di masa kini muncul persaingan global yang sangat ketat, dengan adanya persaingan global, perusahaan harus memiliki strategi keunggulan bersaing untuk mempertahankan posisi keuangan dan pasar. Untuk mengetahui perusahaan tersebut sudah menerapkan strategi keunggulan bersaing atau tidak, dapat di lihat dari kinerja perusahannya. Perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja buruk dalam manajemen perusahaannya diperlukan sebuah solusi yang harus dilakukan balanced scorecard datang dengan konsep penilaian kinerja yang tidak hanya dilihat dari aspek keuangan saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi balance scorecard, keunggulan bersaing perusahaan, dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh implementasi balanced scorecard terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan BUMN di Kota Bandung. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara menyebarkan 30 kuesioner kepada BUMN di Kota Bandung. Teknik dalam menentukan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu probability sampling dengan jenis disproportionate stratified random sampling. Metode dalam analisis data di pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi liner sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi balanced scorecard berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan, juga implementasi balanced scorecard sudah sangat baik dan mampu bersaing pada BUMN di Kota Bandung.Kata Kunci : Keunggulan Bersaing, Kinerja Perusahaan, Penggunaan Balanced Scorecard |
