Abstract.This study aims to determine and obtain empirical results from the impact of capital structure and investment decisions on the value of the Food and Beverage Company on the IDX for the period 2016-2018. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that capital structure and investment decisions do not have a significant effect on firm value. The results of this study are expected to enrich the literature on science development and as a material consideration for investors in making decisions to invest in companies.Keywords: impact of capital structure, investment decisions, value of the company.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh hasil empiris dari pengaruh struktur modal dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan Food And Beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2016-2018. Metode peneitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda.hasil pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa struktur modal dan keputusan investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini memperkaya literatur untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi investor dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan investasi terhadap perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Struktur modal, keputusan investasi, dan nilai perusahaan. |
