Abstract. Human development is a development process that aims to be able to have more choices, especially in income, health, and education. One of the benchmarks can be seen through the Human Development Index. This  receach aims to d etermine the effect of economic growth, inflation, government education and health sector expenditure on the human development index in Indonesia 1999-2018. This research was quantitative research. The quantitative data used  secondary data obtained from the website of the Bank Indonesia, Central Statistics Agency, Indonesian Ministry of Finance. Data processing uses Eviews version 7.0 with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Then test the classical assumptions, statistical tests and econometrics (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation) and economic analysis. The results of the reseach showed that partially there was a positive and significant influence between economic growth, inflation, government education and health sector expenditure on the human development index. While inflation has no significant effect on HDI. Together the LPE, Inflation, PPSP and PPSK variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely HDI.Keywords: HDI, Economic Growth, inflation, government education and health sector expenditure.Abstrak. Pembangunan manusia merupakan sebuah proses pembangunan yang bertujuan agar manusia mampu memiliki lebih banyak pilihan, khususnya dalam pendapatan, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Salah satu tolak ukurnya dapat dilihat melalui Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh LPE, Inflasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Pendidikan (PPSP) dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Kesehatan (PPSK) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Indonesia Tahun 1999-2018. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari Bank Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Keuangan Indonesia, menggunakan data runtut waktu (time series). Pengolahan data menggunakan program Eviews versi 7.0 dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Kemudian dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik, uji statistic dan ekonometrika (Normalitas, Heterokedastisitas, Multikolinearitas, dan Autokorelasi) dan analisis ekonomi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara LPE, PPSP dan PPSK terhadap IPM. Sedangkan Inflasi tidak brpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM. Secara bersama-sama variabel LPE, Inflasi, PPSP dan PPSK mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu IPM.Kata Kunci: IPM, LPE, Inflasi, PPSP, PPSK.
