Abstract. This research aims to determine the influence of Sharia Maqashid Index and Capital Structure on the Firm Value. The object of this study is the Sharia Commercial Banks for the period of 2016-2018. The research technique was conducted using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 12 Sharia Commercial Banks. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report. An instrument the analysis used is linear regression analysis with the help of SPP 24 program. The result of this study simultaneously show that the Sharia Maqashid Index and Capital Structure have a significant influence on firm value. The result of this study also show that Sharia Maqashid Index partially have a significant influence on the Firm Value. While Capital Structure partially doesn’t have a significant influence on the Firm Value.Keywords: Sharia Maqashid Index, Capital Structure, Firm Value.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Maqashid Syariah dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah untuk periode 2016-2018. Teknik penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 Bank Umum Syariah. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan tahunan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear bergandan dengan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Maqashid Syariah dan Struktur Modal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Maqashid Syariah secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Struktur Modal secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahan.Kata kunci: Indeks Maqashid Syariah, Struktur Modal, Nilai Perusahaan. |
