Abstract. This research aims to find out how employees are performing at PT. Inti Bumi Perkasa. In addition, the training and motivation of work given to employees of PT. Inti Bumi Perkasa should be considered because the lack of administration of two things can affect the employee's performance. According to Rachmawati Research (2015) mentions that work training and motivation work have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The method used in sampling is saturated by spreading the questionnaire to 50 respondents. This research is a descriptive study with a method of verificative. The results of this study concluded that there was an influence between training and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Inti Bumi Perkasa Bandung.Keywords: Employee Performance, Motivation, TrainingAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan di PT. Inti Bumi Perkasa. Selain itu, pelatihan dan motivasi kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan PT. Inti Bumi Perkasa harus diperhatikan karena kurangnya pemberian dua hal tersebut mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut. Menurut penelitian Rachmawati (2015) menyebutkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode verifikatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Inti Bumi Perkasa Bandung.Kata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi, Pelatihan. |
