Abstract. Hotel business showed a good increase in hotel room occupancy rates. This research is focused on the Effect of Pricing and Promotion of the Room Occupancy Rate of Bandung Ideas Hotel. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The sampling technique for respondents used is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 99 respondents who stayed at the Ideas Hotel. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, F Test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Based on the results of the analysis of the research, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Pricing has a positive and significant effect on the level of occupancy of Bandung Ideas Hotel rooms (2) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the level of occupancy of Bandung Ideas Hotel rooms (3) Pricing and promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the level of occupancy of Bandung Ideas Hotel rooms.Keywords: Pricing, Promotion, Occupancy RoomAbstrak. Bisnis perhotelan menunjukan peningkatan yang baik dari tingkat okupansi kamar hotel. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Pengaruh Penetapan Harga dan Promosi terhadap Tingkat Hunian Kamar Hotel Ideas Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik penarikan sampel terhadap responden yang digunakan adalah non–probability sampling yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 responden yang menginap di Hotel Ideas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F (simultan) dan Uji t (parsial). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Penetapan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar Hotel Ideas Bandung (2) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar Hotel Ideas Bandung (3) Penetapan harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar Hotel Ideas Bandung.Kata kunci: Penetapan Harga, Promosi, Tingkat Hunian Kamar
