Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and profitability on corporate value. This research uses descriptive method with survey techniques on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with secondary analysis using quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate the influence of Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions and Profitability to the company's value simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that the investment decision variable proxied by PER has an influence on firm value, the Funding Decision proxied by DER has no influence on firm value and the profitability propose by ROE has an influence on firm value. This is evidenced by the magnitude of the effect of PER, DER AND ROE variables on Company Value of 68,4% and 31.6% influenced by other variables. Meanwhile, the influence of the Funding Decision on the company's value does not have a significant effect.Keywords: Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions and Profitability to Company ValueAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Ivestasi, Keputusan Pendanaan Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei pada perusahaan-perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018 dengan analisis sekunder menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan Dan Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan Investasi yang di proksikan oleh PER mempunyai pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Keputusan Pendanaan yang di proksikan oleh DER tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Dan Profitabilitas yang di prosikan oleh ROE mempunyai pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya pengaruh variabel PER, DER DAN ROE terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 68,4% dan 31,6% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. Sedangkan, pengaruh Keputusan, Pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang secara signifikan.Kata kunci: Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan |
