AbstractTuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia in 2016 there were 10.4 million cases, placing Indonesia in second place after India in the highest incidence of cases in the world. The incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) cases is increasing every year, causing the prevalence of TB in Indonesia also increased. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in chest X-ray images between adult TB patients who have a history of DM and who do not have a history of DM in Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung. Subjects were adult TB patients aged 40-70 years who had a history of DM or not. This research uses descriptive-analytic with crosssectional method. Sampling by using a total sampling, with a total sample of 380 people. Chest X-ray images in adult TB patients with and without history of DM most were bronchovascular patterns with 17 cases (21.52%) and 191 cases (18.65%, respectively). So it can be concluded that there is no difference in the chest X-ray picture between adult TB patients with and without DM at Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung in January-August 2019. Tuberkulosis (TB) di Indonesia pada tahun 2016 terdapat 10,4 juta kasus, sehingga menempatkan Indonesia berada di posisi kedua setelah India dalam insiden kasus tertinggi di dunia. Insidensi kasus Diabetes Melitus (DM) semakin meningkat setiap tahun, sehingga menyebabkan prevalensi TB di Indonesia juga ikut meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan gambaran foto toraks antara pasien TB dewasa yang memiliki riwayat DM dengan yang tidak memiliki riwayat DM di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien TB dewasa usia 40-70 tahun yang memiliki riwayat DM maupun tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan metode crosssectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggungakan total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 380 orang. Gambaran foto toraks pada pasien TB dewasa dengan riwayat DM maupun tidak paling banyak berupa corakan bronkhovaskuler dengan masing-masing sebanyak 17 kasus (21,52%) dan 191 kasus (18,65%). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan gambaran foto toraks antara pasien TB dewasa dengan dan tanpa DM di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung bulan Januari-Agustus tahun 2019.
