Abstract. There is no central plan and route for collecting logistical assistance in the coastal sub-district of Cianjur, which is prone to tsunami disasters. Whereas the existing location of the main logistics warehouse is located in the center of Cianjur Regency so that it is far enough to reach the location of the coastal district, and the geological conditions of the region in the form of mountains and prone to ground movement make the main warehouse less efficient in distributing logistical assistance when disaster strikes. So that it is necessary to have a warehouse location for the collection of logistics assistance that is very optimal in the coastal districts and determine the distribution route of logistics assistance to the coastal districts. This research uses the location analysis method by weighting, using the Location Allocation method in GIS, and iteration calculation in determining the optimum warehouse location for logistics aid collection and Network Analysis method to determine the logistics aid distribution route. Determination of warehouse location using 22 criteria. The results of location analysis by weighting obtained 4 selected locations. The results of the Location Allocation model, obtained 2 locations. The results of the iteration calculation, obtained center 1 with 5 iterations and center 2 with 3 iterations. The 2 central locations, namely SMA Negeri 1 Sindangbarang will serve 8 villages, SDN Ciseureuh which serves 9 villages. 4. The results of determining the logistics aid distribution route using the Network Analysis method obtained 2 logistics aid distribution routes based on distance and travel time, but the recommended route is a route based on travel time. Keywords: Warehouse, Route, Logistics.Abstrak. Tidak adanya rencana pusat dan rute pengumpulan bantuan logistik di kecamatan pesisir Kabupaten Cianjur yang rawan terhadap bencana tsunami. Sedangkan lokasi eksisting gudang utama logistik berada di pusat Kabupaten Cianjur sehingga cukup jauh untuk mencapai lokasi kecamatan pesisir, serta kondisi geologis wilayah berupa pegunungan dan rawan gerakan tanah menjadikan gudang utama menjadi kurang efiesien dalam mendistribusikan bantuan logistik ketika terjadi bencana. Sehingga diperlukan lokasi gudang pengumpulan bantuan logistik yang sangat optimal di kecamatan pesisir serta menentukan rute distribusi bantuan logistik menuju kecamatan pesisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis lokasi dengan cara pembobotan, menggunakan metode Location Allocation pada GIS, dan perhitungan iterasi dalam menentukan lokasi gudang pengumpulan bantuan logistik optimum dan metode Network Analysis untuk menentukan rute distribusi bantuan logistik. Penentuan lokasi gudang menggunakan 22 kriteria. Hasil analisis lokasi dengan cara pembobotan didapatkan 4 lokasi terpilih. Hasil model Location Allocation, didapatkan 2 lokasi. Hasil perhitungan iterasi, didapatkan pusat 1 dengan 5 iterasi dan pusat 2 dengan 3 iterasi. 2 pusat lokasi tersebut, yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Sindangbarang akan melayani 8 desa, SDN Ciseureuh yang melayani 9 desa. 4. Hasil penentuan rute distribusi bantuan logistik dengan menggunakan metode Network Analysis didapatkan 2 rute distribusi bantuan logistik berdasarkan jarak dan waktu tempuh, namun rute yang direkomendasikan adalah rute berdasarkan waktu tempuh.Kata Kunci: Gudang, Rute, Logistik. |
