Abstract. The existence of the Galuga Final Disposal Site (TPA) is an interesting potential to be studied for its usefullness, it is related to the Galuga Final Disposal Site (TPA) only for processing for organic waste used in compost, there will also be available in inorganic bins specifically for plastic waste. On the other hand, the existence of a Final Processing Site (TPA) will have a negative impact that may arise from the absence of good management and utilization. This study aims to examine and see the benefits arising from the planned inorganic waste processing project on the economy of the community around the Galuga TPA. In achieving these objectives, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a feasibility study analysis method, namely a project/business feasibility analysis from non-financial and financial aspect. Non-financial aspect include analysis of market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, legal aspects, management aspects, resources, socio-economic aspects. As for the analysis of the financial aspects, namely by using the analysis method of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The results of the analysis show that a feasibility study based on market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, legal aspects, environmental and socioeconomic aspects are feasible, for the results of the analysis of financial aspects using NPV, IRR, PI, and PP calculations, while for the results of the analysis that has been carried out it produces a NPV of Rp. 176.824.605, IRR 18,28%, PI 1,28 and PP 3 years 6 monthsKeywords: Feasibility Study, Final Processing Site, Economic Value.Abstrak. Keberadaan Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) Galuga merupakan suatu potensi yang menarik untuk dikaji kemanfaatannya, hal tersebut dikarenakan di Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) Galuga hanya ada pemanfaatan untuk sampah organik yang dijadikan kompos, akan tetapi belum ada pemanfaatan untuk anorganik khususnya sampah plastik. Namun disisi lain, adanya Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) akan memberikan dampak negatif yang mungkin akan timbul akibat dari tidak adanya pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui kemanfaatan yang ditimbulkan dari adanya rencana proyek pengolahan sampah anorganik terhadap ekonomi masyarakat disekitar TPA Galuga. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis studi kelayakan yaitu analisis kelayakan proyek/usaha dari aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial. Aspek non finansial diantaranya ialah analisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek hukum, aspek manajemen, sumber daya manusia, sosial ekonomi. Sedangkan untuk analisis aspek finansial ialah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Indeks (PI), dan Payback Period (PP). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa studi kelayakan berdasarkan aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek hukum, aspek lingkungan dan sosial ekonomi dinyatakan layak, untuk hasil analisis aspek finansial menggunakan perhitungan NPV, IRR, PI, dan PP, adapun untuk hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan NPV Rp.176.824.605, IRR 18,28%, PI 1,28 dan PP 3 tahun 6 bulan.Kata Kunci: Studi Kelayakan, Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir, Bernilai Ekonomi. |
