dc.description Abstract. This study aims to discuss how the queuing system at PT. Biofit Health Center Bandung. The research method used in this research is descriptive. Data collection was carried out through literature studies and field observations which were carried out on 3-7 August 2020. The results showed that the queuing system used was a single-phase multi-channel using two counters. Service queue time at PT. Biofit Health Center Bandung is 9.9 minutes away. This shows that the level of customer aspirations is in the satisfactory category. Therefore it can be concluded that the queuing system is running effectively and efficiently. To improve the quality of service, the creation of a registration queue application and an agreement is requiredKeywords: queuing system, single-phase multi-channelAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai bagaimana sistem antrian pada PT. Biofit Health Center Bandung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literature dan observasi lapangan yang dilaksanakan pada 3-7 Agustus 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem antrian yang digunakan adalah multi channel single phase  dengan menggunakan 2 loket. Waktu antrian pelayanan di PT. Biofit Health Center Bandung adalah 9.9 menit. Ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aspirasi pelanggan berada pada kategori memuaskan. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem antrian berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan, pembuatan aplikasi antrian pendaftaran dan perjanjian diperlukan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Antrian, multi channel single phase
