Abstract-This study aims to analyze how the independent variable is related to the financial performance of Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) with the dependent variable that is the company value Price to Book Value. So that it can be formulated into an analysis of the influence of the financial performance of Non Performing Loans, Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio to Price to Book Value in 2009-2018 using annual data. The research method in this study uses a purposive sampling technique, using multiple regression analysis and using quantitative data. The data collection method uses literature study and documentation. The results of this study on the NPL variable have a negative but not significant effect on PBV. On the ROA variable there is a significant effect on PBV. In the CAR variable there is a negative but not significant effect on PBV. In the NPL, ROA, and CAR variables there is a significant influence on PBV simultaneously. Keyword : Price to Book Value, Non Performing Loan, Raturn On Asset, Capital Adequacy Ratio Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai bagaimana keterkaitan variabel independent yaitu kinerja keuangan Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dengan variabel dependen yaitu nilai perusahaan Price to Book Value. Sehingga dapat dirumuskan menjadi analisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan Non Performing Loan, Return On Asset, Capital Adequacy Ratio terhadap Price to Book Value pada tahun 2009-2018 dengan menggunakan data tahunan.Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengambilan purposive sampling, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada variabel NPL pengaruh negative tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Pada variabel ROA terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap PBV. Pada variabel CAR terdapat pengaruh negative tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Pada variabel NPL, ROA, dan CAR terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap PBV secara simultan.Kata Kunci : Price to Book Value, Non Performing Loan, Raturn On Asset, Capital Adequacy Ratio. |
