Abstract—This research was conducted to determine how the supply chain performance at the company CV. Sailan Industries which produces t-shirts to meet demand from retailers who have collaborated. The research was conducted in a descriptive quantitative form with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Generally, these companies often experience delays in delivery caused by obstacles in the procurement of raw materials and slow movement of inbound logistics. Supply chain performance measurement carried out at CV. Sailan Industries uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model which has the following metrics: The POF value is 95%, the OFCT value owned by the company is 14 days, the COGS value is 47% and the CTCCT value owned by the company is 18 days.Keywords— SCOR Model, Supply Chain Management.Abstrak— Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja supply chain pada perusahaan CV. Sailan Industries yang memproduksi t-shirt untuk memenuhi permintaan dari retail yang telah bekerja sama. Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki bentuk deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Umumnya perusahaan ini sering mengalami keterlambatan pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh hambatan dalam pengadaan bahan baku serta pergerakan inbound logistic yang lambat. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain yang dilakukan pada CV. Sailan Industries menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) yang memiliki memiliki metrik sebagai berikut: Nilai POF sebesar 95%, Nilai OFCT yang dimiliki perusahaan sebesar 14 hari, Nilai COGS sebesar 47% dan Nilai CTCCT yang dimiliki perusahaan sebesar 18 hari.Kata Kunci—Model SCOR, Supply Chain Management. |
