Abstract:
The development of planning theory has undergone significant changes from orthogonal and modern approaches to postmodern and phenomenological approaches. The main challenge faced is the dominance of instrumental, positivist-based approaches without integrating diverse approaches. This research proposes a solution with the Transcendental Integrative Planning approach to integrate various planning approaches. For the effective implementation of transcendental integrative planning, it is crucial to translate planning approaches into a system that aligns with technological advancements. The initial step towards this goal is designing the architecture of an integrative transcendental system that aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice by leveraging artificial intelligence technology. This study focuses on designing the system architecture for implementing transcendental integrative planning in Kampung Kuta. The information fusion approach with Bayesian methods is used to combine value, communication, and physical dimensions. This comprehensive information is crucial for the planning process. The architecture of transcendental integrative planning is developed through several stages, including data incorporation and cleansing, initial value calculation, indication probability assessment, and decision-making. Transcendental integrative planning in Kuta Village can be grouped into three main categories: values, communication, and physical aspects
